To use Findity app in your mobile you need to use an operating system that we support. In this article we list which operating system we support for iOS and for Android.
iOS
If you use iOS, you need to have the operating system iOS 10 or higher.
Android
If you use Android, you need to have the operating system 7.1.1 or higher.
