I chose "Forgotten password" at the login window, but I haven't received an e-mail with a link to reset it. What do I do? (New app)

Follow the instructions below if you have not received the password reset link in your email:
- Have you checked your "Spam" folder in your email for the message containing the reset link?
- Did you enter the correct email address in the login window? Make sure to use the email address associated with the service. Contact your administrator if you are unsure which email address is linked to your account.
- Are you certain you have been invited to the service? If not, contact your company administrator and ask them to invite you to the service.
If you have reviewed all the above points and still do not know why you have not received the reset email, please contact your administrator for further assistance.
If you use an organizational login (also known as SSO login, where you are redirected to your company’s login page) and have forgotten your password or cannot log in, contact your company administrator for additional help with your account.
