What is the difference between a partner administrator and consultant?

The difference between Partner administrator and Consultant is that as a partner administrator have access to all companies that are listed on your partner. As a consultant you can only see the companies you are a consultant for.
Only the Partner administrator can add new companies and new consultants. Consultant is not authorized to do this settings.
