When you add a user, you can choose if the invitation email will be sent immediately or later. If you want to sent it when you add the user, mark the box next to Send invitation email to the listed users.
The the invitation email contains instructions for how the user should activate and access Findity. If you want to sent the invite later, unmark the box and press Save.
When you want to send the invite, mark the box next to the user and choose to Send invitation.
