Under the tab dashboard there is a overview with different columns of information. What do these mean?

This columns are statistics over the organization. The numbers in the columns are updated every night.
If the tab for Users is filtered on "Last three month" the shown number is the current number of users, minus the highest number for three months ago.
The other tabs for Reports, Expenses, Milage and Per diem shows number of submitted reports and expenses with this categories on your organization. The columns is just statistics and if you as a administrator delete or re-send the reports, the number will not update.
