If you have activated the setting Enable automatic analysis of receipts on your user account and the tab Settings, the system will analyze your expense and automatically add amount, VAT, date and category.
Make sure to control that every line in your expense is correctly analyzed before you submit your expense.

Go to the tab Settings on your user account and mark the checkbox for Enable automatic analysis of receipts.
