You can generate and download a balancing report from Dashboard - Balancing report. 

This article (link) describes how you create and download the report and here, in this current article, you can learn how to filter the Excel report so you can sort out the data of how many kilometers an employee has driven during a certain period. 

In the example video below we have already chosen the date range, generated and downloaded the Excel report and opened it, and clicked on the “data”-sheet in the Excel report. Now we would like to sort out how many kilometers Kim Findity has driven within the period 2023/06/01 to 2023/06/09. Watch the video to learn how to sort out this data:

Please note that this does not apply to mileages that you have added to a fuel benefit. 

Please also be aware that this is only an example of how this type of data can be retrieved. Your settings may vary in your organization. For example, if you send mileages to both accounting and salary, then you will also be needed to filter on one of the recipients to not get duplicates of the mileages.
